I just noticed the openSUSE packages. And they too don't have any 'Requires=
'.

Since, I'm not aware of how to do a acpid | apmd | AnyOtherPowerManagerD in=
=20
RPM, I'm going to drop all 'Requires'.
This should help it build on all distributions.

Attached spec file should work.
