[laptop-mode] EeePC fsb control/'superhe' LM module

Included is a module which controls the FSB over/underclocking
provided by the eeepc_laptop kernel module. This is what Asus market
as the 'Super Hybrid Engine'. By underclocking the fsb it saves power
significantly.

The laptop-mode-tools module and configuration are attached, or can be
found at the urls below.

Hope someone else finds this useful. If anyone replies, please cc me
