[laptop-mode] [PATCH] laptop-mode-tools-1.47 - install.sh fixups

There will be something like
DESTDIR=/tmp/lm-test INIT_D=none ACPI=force APM=force PMU=disabled
PMUTILS=force ./install
Note the "PMUTILS=force". The default will be to autodetect.
