[laptop-mode] mv causing spin-up

Hi all,

first of all thanks for this very useful tool.
Currently, I am experiencing spin-ups even though I'm not doing anything. When 
I use the method described on the homepage, I find that the "mv" process is the 
culprit. But: how do I go on from here? I'm guessing that I need to find the 
process which spawns mv, but once I find out mv's pid via dmesg, it's already 
gone in ps...

Any ideas?
